Back to School event at a local community center

Sunshine and Hope foundation donated farm feed and other items to AAH. Items were donated from the money earned though my first job at a toy store in Los Gatos, CA.

Mobile visit to a community center in Sunnyvale, CA to ease "Back to School" anxiety in children. Helped with set up, clean-up and handling animals, What a joy to see them smile as they hold the farm animals!

One of the ways Sunshine and Hope Foundation likes get involved in the community is by working with Animal Assisted Happiness( AAH), a non-profit organization that focuses on bringing smiles in the lives of youth with needs through barnyard animal interactions in their Smile Farm and mobile visits. This cause is very close to my heart, I have been working with AAH since middle school. As a Youth Ambassador, I participate in farm chores, plan for fundraising activities, and farm and garden maintenance. I actively share feedback for improving AAH programs, in designing projects, events, fundraisers, farm and mobile visit opportunities.
